Three Jews were under arrest in Haifa today in connection with the fatal wounding of an Arab last night. A second Arab died this morning of wounds suffered yesterday in the bombing of an Arab cafe in Haifa (reported yesterday as in Jerusalem).
A crude “home-made” bomb exploded today outside the International Restaurant in the center of Jerusalem, frequented by British soldiers and police, wrecking the lobby, damaging the interior and slightly injuring an Arab boy.
