A trust fund of $50,000 for the benefit of a number of Jewish institutions is created in the will of the late Benjamin L. Jacobs, who left an estate valued at $120,000.

The income from the trust fund is to be divided for a period of ten years in equal shares among the following: Adolph Kraus Lodge; Emanuel Congregation; Willing Workers Club, to become part of the flower fund; Chicago Section of the National Council of Jewish Women and the Marks Nathan Jewish Orphans Home.

At the expiration of the ten year period the trust funds are to become absolute and the charitable institutions are to receive the bequests outright.
