A group of 755 Jewish immigrants from Poland arrived here from Venice. The contingent is the 24th transport of Polish Jews to reach the Jewish state since the resumption of Jewish emigration from Poland in November, 1949. Henceforth all transports of Israel-bound Jews will sail for Haifa from the Polish port of Gdynia.
