A total of 763 immigrants from France arrived in Israel during the first ten months of this year, a Jewish Agency spokesman announced today. The spokesman said that the total does not include professionals, middle class immigrants and others who came on temporary residence visas and who were not under the aegis of the Agency’s immigration department.
