The Poale Agudas Israel, Orthodox workers group, has initialed an agreement with the Histadrut, Israel’s general federation of labor, providing for the 8,000 members of the Orthodox group to join the Histadrut. The agreement, which parallels an earlier pact between the Histadrut and the Mizrachi workers group, provides for the Poale Agudah to be represented on all trade union bodies.
