The nine Constantinople Jews who were arrested on the charge of participation in a demonstration at the funeral of Elsa Niego, the Jewish girl who was murdered by the Turkish official, Osman Bey, were acquitted yesterday.

The Jewish soldier in the Turkish army who was arrested at the same time was sentenced to 35 days imprisonment.
