A 10-year-old Palestinian girl was struck in the head by a stray bullet while sleeping in her bed in the West Bank village of Dura, according to the girl’s aunt. There had been an exchange of fire between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian gunmen in the area. The girl was reported in critical condition.
