A British man and two who work on subatomic particles at a Belgian university won Israel’s Wolf Prize in arts and sciences. Francois Eglert and U.S.-born Robert Brout of the University Libre de Bruxelles, and Peter Higgs of Edinburgh University, will share this year’s $100,000 prize.
