A British Muslim cleric was charged with numerous offenses, including incitement to murder Jews. Abu Hamza Al-Masri, who had been fighting extradition to the United States for separate offenses, now will be tried in the United Kingdom. The 16-count charge sheet includes 10 charges of soliciting to murder, including several that specify that the Egyptian-born preacher called for followers to kill Jews.
