A city in upstate New York is calling for an end to terrorism and a permanent Israeli-Palestinian cease-fire. The proclamation by the city of Ithaca, slated to be presented by the city’s mayor Wednesday night, makes Ithaca the 19th U.S. city to pass such a resolution.
