A coalition of interdenominational rabbis from the New York Board of Rabbis is going to Israel on Wednesday to testify before a committee working to reach a compromise on the crisis over religious conversions in Israel. The delegation, made up of four rabbis each from the Reform, Conservative and Orthodox movements, is expected to tell the Ne’eman Committee how the groups work together despite their denominational differences.
