A contribution of $1,000 has been made by Col. Herbert H. Lehman to the fund for completing the Eliezer Ben Yehuda Hebrew Dictionary, according to an announcement made by Rabbi J. Max Weis, Secretary of the Committee for the Eliezer Ben Yehuda Memorial Trust of Jerusalem. A contribution of $500 by Israel Matz of Brooklyn, New York, and a contribution by Adolph Lewisohn of New York City, were also announced.
