A court in the United States froze the Palestinian Authority’s U.S. assets because of an unpaid court order regarding a terror attack. Palestinian governing body was ordered last year to pay $116 million in damages related to the 1996 shooting of Yaron Ungar, an American citizen, and his Israeli wife, but has not done so.
