A delegation of West German MPs, members of the German-Israeli Parliamentary group, will travel to Israel next week. The group’s chairman, Guenther Metzger (SPD), said that Germans had a special obligation at this time to demonstrate to the Israeli people and parliament that existing friendly relations should be expanded and deepened.
