A Dutch Jewish group has asked a court to prosecute a Dutch neo-Nazi movement that publishes anti-Semitic content on an American Web site. Several months ago, the Dutch public prosecutor told the Center for Information and Documentation about Israel, or CIDI, that it couldn’t file a criminal lawsuit against organizations breaking Dutch law on international Web sites if the sites are hosted by foreign providers.
