A Foreign Office spokesman Monday night denied press and radio reports that Foreign Secretary Sir Alec Douglas-Home suspected Arab embassies here of being implicated in recent terrorist acts against British Jews. The denial is understood to have been made in response to various Arab ambassadors who demanded an explanation from the Foreign Office when the reports appeared Sunday.
