A former bodyguard to Hamas leader Sheik Ahmed Yassin was seriously wounded in an explosion in his Gaza home. Palestinian police were investigating whether the explosion was caused by a “work accident” when a bomb that was being prepared went off prematurely, Israel Radio reported.
