A former guard at a Croatian concentration camp is suing the Croatian government for damages after the government dropped charges that she took part in wartime atrocities. The lawyer for Nadia Sakic, who was extradited from Argentina last November, said his client is seeking an out-of-court settlement with the country’s Justice Ministry.
