A French court sentenced a man to three years in jail for defacing a cemetery with anti-Semitic and Nazi graffiti. The 25-year-old man was sentenced last Friday. On the evening of Nov. 1, 2004, the man carved the graffiti onto 30 tombstones, presuming them to be Jewish tombs.
