A German government minister will step down after reportedly comparing President Bush’s tactics to those of Hitler. After winning re-election in a close election, German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder said Monday that Justice Minister Herta Daeubler-Gmelin had told the leaders of the Social Democratic Party that she would not seek another term in the post.
