A German publication reported that a German citizen charged in Tel Aviv last week with planning to help carry out a terrorist attack in Israel also planned attacks against Israeli diplomats in Germany. Stefan Josef Smyrek, a 26-year- old convert to Islam, was arrested in Israel at the end of November.
