A German theater canceled plans to stage a Nazi-era play about failed U-boat missions. Officials at the theater in Erlangen said they would stage the play, “Wolves,” after they found a suitable anti-Nazi play to run along with it. Officials said the play offers insight into the German mind-set at the end of World War II, but many, including some Holocaust survivors, say the play represents Nazi propaganda.
