A granite memorial stone dedicated “to our departed members and martyrs” was unveiled in the Jewish cemetery here by the Minister of the Interior of the Grand Duchy, after a moving address by Edmond Marx, President of the Jewish Consistory and Consul of Israel here.
Chief Rabbi Dr. Ch. Lehrmann delivered a sermon based upon a verse from Lamentations inscribed upon the memorial in Hebrew letters: “Behold and see if there be any pain like unto my pain!”
