A Hamas man in the Gaza Strip survived an Israeli missile strike Tuesday. Israeli officials said the strike was aimed at Hamas member Jamal Al-Jarah, who suffered moderate injuries. His brother Rami, who was in the car with him, was lightly injured. Five bystanders also were hurt.
