A high school teacher in California was charged with a hate crime. In April 2005 Donna Jean Hubbard, who taught at Duncan Polytechnic High School in Fresno, allegedly pushed the mother of a student to the ground in a bank parking lot, pulled her hair and kicked her, the Forward reported.
