A Jerusalem court indicted an Israeli Arab man who last week assaulted a police officer testifying before a commission probing last October’s rioting by members of the Israeli Arab community. According to the Jerusalem Post, the Israeli Arab, whose son died during the rioting, was charged with assault and causing grievous bodily harm, and faces a maximum penalty of seven years in prison.
