A Jewish human rights group called on Russian authorities to investigate the murder of an expert on neo-Nazi groups. Investigators said Saturday’s killing in St. Petersburg of Nikolai Girenko, 64, could be connected to his work as a researcher and expert witness in a number of court cases involving neo-Nazis and extreme nationalists.

Israel Aircraft Industries is participating in a joint bid to sell airborne warning and control systems to South Korea. The company wants to sell the Phalcon systems for $1.7 billion, the Israeli newspaper Globes reported. U.S. defense giant Boeing and Thales of France have filed rival bids.
