A law allowing for the extradition of Palestinians terrorists who kill American citizens should be enforced, Sen. Arlen Specter said. Specter (R-Pa.) is focusing on two terrorists, one of them implicated in a 1996 bus bombing in Jerusalem, who are being held by Israel.
