A leading French comic performed a controversial sketch on prime-time television. Dieudonne, a comedian of African origin well-known for provocative performances, appeared dressed as a fervently-Orthodox Jew on a live broadcast Monday evening of “You can’t please everybody,” a popular weekly talk show broadcast on the publicly owned France 3 channel.
