St. Pancras Coroner’s Court ruled Monday that the 2003 shooting of Tom Hurndall in the flashpoint Gaza town of Rafah was “unlawful,” a move that could help the 22-year-old pro-Palestinian activist’s family seek further legal redress in Israel.
