A man accused of Nazi-era war crimes recently died in Chicago. Joseph Guzulaitis was accused of participating in atrocities while a member of a Lithuanian police battalion during World War II. He also was an armed guard at Majdanek and guarded prisoners during a death march to Dachau in 1945, the U.S. Justice Department alleged.
