A Maryland county approved a day off for Jewish holidays in its school calendar, but none for Muslim holidays. As they have in the past, students in Baltimore County will get a day off for Rosh Hashanah in 2006-2007, when Yom Kippur falls on a weekend, the Baltimore Sun reported Wednesday.
