A memorial to Czech Holocaust victims will be unveiled at a Jewish cemetery in the Czech Republic. The memorial will be erected Oct. 9 in the town of Usti nad Labem following 10 years of debate over how and where to memorialize the town’s former Jewish inhabitants.
