A neo-Nazi in Ottawa has been fined $4,000 and ordered to stop posting messages of hate on his Web site. Bobby James Wilkinson, 23, openly promoted genocide against gays, Jews and visible minorities on the site. Wilkinson, the would-be founder of the Canadian Nazi Party, has 120 days to pay the fine. Ottawa lawyer Richard Warman had complained to the Canadian Human Rights Commission after viewing the site.
