A new audiotape believed to be from Osama bin Laden calls on Iraq to use suicide bombers against the United States to block Israel’s alleged plans for expansion. According to CNN’s translation of the tape, which was released by Al-Jazeera television, the speaker says he is monitoring U.S.-led plans to defeat Iraq and “install a regime that has Tel Aviv and Washington at its head,” ostensibly in preparation for “a greater Israel.”
