A New Jersey real-estate developer who failed to acquire the New Jersey Nets basketball team is bidding to buy Israel Discount Bank. Charles Kushner of Florham Park, N.J., one of the biggest landlords on the East Coast, is among a group of U.S. businessmen readying a bid to buy Israel’s third-largest bank, the Bergen County Record said.
