A new U.S. congressional resolution on Syria expresses “grave concerns” about human-rights violations there. The House resolution, introduced last week by Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.), chair of the House International Relations Committee’s subcommittee on the Middle East, seeks a resolution at the U.N. Commission on Human Rights addressing Syria.
