A North American program training Jewish educators is offering 30 full-tuition fellowships each year. The Conservative movement’s Jewish Theological Seminary is hoping the new merit-based fellowships — the most extensive available so far in a North American institution training Jewish educators — will help alleviate the widespread shortage of Jewish day school teachers, educational administrators and other educators.
