A Palestinian human rights group called for the release of a critic of Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat. The Palestinian Independent Commission for Citizens’ Rights said Abdel-Sattar Qassim, a university lecturer from the West Bank city of Nablus, has been held without charges in a Palestinian prison since February.
