A Palestinian militia leader was killed in a West Bank explosion. Raed Karmi, head of the Fatah militia in Tulkarm, was killed Monday in what Palestinians claimed was an Israeli assassination. Karmi admitted to heading a cell responsible for the murders of seven Israelis, including two Tel Aviv restaurant owners killed in Tulkarm last year.
