A Palestinian suspected of collaborating with Israel was killed in the village of A-Ram north of Jerusalem, according to Palestinian security officials. Local Arabs believed that Kasem Khlef, who was shot 12 times, may have helped Israel locate and kill a militia leader in a rocket attack last week near Bethlehem, the officials said.
