A Palestinian terrorist was found guilty of planning a deadly suicide bombing against Israelis. Abbas Al-Sayed was convicted in a Tel Aviv District Court on Thursday of dispatching the terrorist who blew himself up in a Netanya hotel on Passover eve in 2002, killing 30 other people.
