A Palestinian terrorist who escaped from jail says he will kill more Israelis. Ali Safouri, an Islamic Jihad member high on Israel’s wanted list, was removed from jail and held in a courtyard with other prisoners when Israeli warplanes, about to retaliate for a terror attack, flew over the West Bank city of Nablus on Feb. 6.
