A panel of historians appointed by Switzerland postponed its initial report on the country’s wartime financial dealings with the Nazis and its refugee policy, according to a spokesman for the group. The Independent Commission of Experts, also known as the Bergier Commission, now plans to issue the report in late February or early March. The report was originally slated for last December.
