A Pentagon analyst at the center of an investigation that has rocked the American Israel Public Affairs Committee will plead guilty. Edward Adams, a spokesman for the U.S. District Court in Alexandria, Va., announced Thursday that Lawrence Franklin had scheduled a guilty plea for Oct. 5.
