A renegade British spy who revealed details of British intelligence involvement in a plot to assassinate Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is now reportedly poised to detail its failure to act on a warning of the 1994 bombing of the Israeli Embassy in London. David Shayler has claimed that the MI5 British intelligence agency had received an early warning of the car bombing, which caused extensive damage to the fabric of the embassy, but that it failed to act.
