A right-wing faction officially joined Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s coalition. Israel’s Cabinet voted 22-1 Monday to accept Avigdor Lieberman’s Yisrael Beiteinu, a party that has called for the annexation of some West Bank land and has suggested that Israel’s borders be redrawn to put some Arab towns on the Palestinian Authority side.
