A shell that landed near a nursery school in northern Israel caused no injuries. Israel Radio reported that the shell exploded Sunday before children began arriving at the day care center. Meanwhile, a commander with the Israel- allied South Lebanon Army was killed Sunday by an explosive planted near his home in Israel’s southern Lebanon security zone.
