A speaker lamented the expulsion of Germans from formerly Nazi-occupied lands after World War II at a concert honoring Holocaust victims in Germany. Attendees at an arts festival Saturday in Weimar shouted and whistled at Hermann Schafer, deputy director of the Federal Ministry for Culture and Media, as he discussed the expulsion of ethnic Germans in the postwar period.
