A statue of Raoul Wallenberg in Buenos Aires remains defaced, a few weeks after it was splattered with red paint. Local representatives of the International Raoul Wallenberg Foundation, named after the Swedish diplomat who saved tens of thousands of Jews in Hungary during World War II, have asked the authorities to clean the piece, to no avail.
